Builders include Lennar (1,800–3,800 SF, from the $400Ks to $700Ks), WCI Communities (2,000–4,000 SF, $400K to $1M+), Pulte (1,671–3,900 SF, $400Ks to $1M+), and Stock Development (2,500–4,000+ SF, $600Ks to $4M+). Median list price is around $1,624,999. Because Wildblue homes were built post-2018, they qualify for the strongest wind mitigation credits available under current Florida building code. That helps offset the higher replacement cost that comes with luxury construction. Important coverages to review include dwelling replacement cost (built to today's costs, not the purchase price), other structures coverage for docks and boat lifts, personal property limits, and umbrella liability given the lake exposure.
