Bella Terra in Estero is a well-established gated community with single-family homes, coach homes, and condos built primarily in the mid-2000s. The age and construction type make most properties strong candidates for meaningful wind mitigation credits.

Community snapshot: Bella Terra sits about 6 miles from our office and includes approximately 2,350 homes — a mix of single-family residences, townhouses, and condos spanning both new construction and existing homes. Median list price is around $598,000.

For single-family homeowners, the right HO-3 policy should reflect today's rebuild cost and include adequate hurricane deductible planning. For coach home and condo owners, an HO-6 policy that coordinates with the master association policy is essential — especially around loss assessment and walls-in coverage.
